BaSzia's first love as an artist has always been pen and ink. More than 30 years ago she began exploring ink line drawings and calligraphy taking inspiration from by plants and nature. Over the years, she has explored graphite, watercolour, acrylic and marker while taking courses in-person and on-line from various inspiring artist/teachers.  During this time of uncertainty and great change, it is a comfort to contunously explore creativity mixing ink line drawing with other mediums. Most recently, Barbara has been exploring merging watercolour with pen and ink, and photography with pen and ink.
