Barbara (of BDaszled Deszigns) enjoys the creativity of jewellery design. Because Nature provides a plethora of colours and shapes in gemstones, it is her aim to make original one-of-a-kind pieces that are bold and colourful. Her favourite exploration is with wire in all the metals. One never knows what shape the wire will take on. She loves to create pieces that have some integration of gemstones and hammered wire. Given all the possibilities and combinations, there is endless opportunity to fashion necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. Barbara loves to create custom pieces made for that special occasion or tailored to a special outfit. She also reworks old jewellery into new; giving some favourite stones a fashion update. Custom orders and commissions are welcome!
Barbara has been showing her designs with Art in the Neighbourhood since 2016. She is one of the founding members of the group.
