Marilyn Charpentier

Marilyn Charpentier was born in France and immigrated to Canada and made Ottawa her home. She always loved drawing and turned to painting. Marilyn is mostly a self-taught artist who took courses to improve her talent.

Her search for inspiration has been influenced by her travels, hiking, camping and canoeing. She carries a sketchbook and paint supplies with her when camping. She finds that nature can be magical and she want to bring that raw natural beauty into her paintings.
