Cecilia Chan
Cecilia Chan is an Ottawa-based artist with a passion for landscape and cityscape painting, working primarily in oil and acrylic. Her style is rooted in Impressionism, characterized by vibrant colours and expressive brushstrokes that capture the energy and atmosphere of a scene. In 2023, she returned to painting en plein-air, reconnecting with nature and rediscovering the joy of creating art outdoors.
Cecilia joined Art in the Neighbourhood in 2025.
