As a self-taught artist, Elizabeth lives and works out of her home studio in Ottawa when she isn’t in the classroom teaching. Elizabeth blends acrylic paint on canvas to capture moments of beauty found in everyday life. She strives to evoke an emotional response by capturing fleeting, ephemeral moments from nature, and the majestic beauty of landscapes in which she finds herself. She spends most of her spare time painting things that inspire her from environments in Ontario and British Columbia but has also taken on commissions to capture special memories and scenes for others.

Elizabeth joined Art in the Neighbourhood in the Spring of 2022.
