Born in Newfoundland, Sandra moved to Ottawa at a young age, though NFLD remains home. She began painting in 2017 and quickly fell in love with the flow of colour and texture.

 

She works with acrylics mostly but also with oils, inks and fluid paints. Texture is an element in most of Sandra's work.
