Sandra Edwards
Born in Newfoundland, Sandra moved to Ottawa at a young age, though NFLD remains home. She began painting in 2017 and quickly fell in love with the flow of colour and texture.
She works with acrylics mostly but also with oils, inks and fluid paints. Texture is an element in most of Sandra's work.
"Creating brings me closer to raw emotions which I hope are conveyed in my artwork. It's my wish that everyone experience a beautiful emotion while experiencing my work."
Flowing waters—so much of my inspiration comes from this place of peace.
