Leading communities in Ottawa through film, photography and writing, Vincent is an advocate for creative expression. Through his art, he examines and confronts these of loss and grief. Although the world can seem like a lonely place, he would say, there is comfort in others. “Don’t be afraid to be dark; don’t be afraid to be weird; don’t be afraid to be you.” He recently took up birding and enjoys the challenge. It teaches us to abandon all control and become an observer to the fleeting beauty nature provides.
